【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoequipmentusedforsamplingandcontinuousmeasurementofradioactivenoblegasesintheworkplace,ingaseouseffluentsdischargedintotheenvironmentaswellasintheenvironmentitself.Monitoringbydefinitionistheprocessofcontinuousandreal-timemeasurement.Theprocessesofsamplingortakingsamplesforretrospectivelaboratoryanalysisareincludedinthisstandard.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishmandatorygeneralrequirementsandtopresentexamplesofacceptablemethodsandequipmentforsamplingandmonitoringradioactivenoblegases.CurrentstandardIEC60761-3whichiscomplementedbythisstandard,isapplicabletoinstallingportableandtransportableequipmentforsamplingandmonitoringradioactivenoblegases,ONLYINGASEOUSEFFLUENTS,whilethisstandardexpandscoveragetoincludemonitoringallpossiblelocationswhereradioactivenoblegasescouldpresentaradiologicalhazard.Theequipmentisdesignedtobeoperationalduringnormaloperationconditionsaswellasunderemergencyconditions,bothduringandfollowinganaccident.Dependingonthenatureoftheemergencyconditionsitmaybenecessarytoinstallspeciallydesignedequipmentfornormaloperationalconditionsandotherequipmentforemergencyconditions.Thisstandardisapplicabletoradioactivenoblegassamplersandmonitorsintendedtoprovidethefollowingfunctions:—·Themeasurementofthevolumetricactivityofradioactivenoblegasesandtheirvariationwithtimeintheworkplace,ingaseouseffluentsatthedischargepointandintheenvironment.一Themeasurementsperformedduringnormaloperationalconditionsaswellasunderemergencyconditionsduringandafteranaccidentalrelease.一Theactuationofanalarmwhenapredeterminedvolumetricactivity,orconcentration,orapredeterminedtotalofreleasedradioactivityisexceeded.—-Thedeterminationofthetotalgaseousactivitydischargedoveragiventimeand/ortoprovideinformationonthecompositionofamixtureofdifferentgasesreleased—Thesamplingandretrospectiveanalysisofairorgascontainingnoblegas.Radon,withisotopes219Rn,220Rn,and222Rn,isanaturallyoccurringradioactivenoblegaswhosemeasurementsareNOTconsideredinthisstandard.Thepresenceofradonanditsprogenymaysignificantlyinterferewiththepropermeasurementofthenoblegasesofconcerninthisstandard.Thisstandardspecifiesthegeneralcharacteristics,generaltestingprocedures,mechanical,electricalandelectronic,radiological,safetyandenvironmentalcharacteristics,andtheproperidentificationandcertificationoftheequipment.Ifthisequipmentispartofacentralizedsystemforcontinuousradiationmonitoringinanuclearfacility,theremaybeadditionalrequirementsfromotherstandardsrelatedtothosesystems.
