【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthecalibrationofatmosphericcorrosiontestchambersforelectricalcontactsthatproduceanadherentfilmofcorrosionproductoncopper,suchasatestcomprisedofamixtureofflowinggasesthatreactwithcopper.Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletotestswherecorrosionproductsmayberemovedfromacoppersurfaceduringthetestbyfluids.Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletotestswhereairbornesolidorliquidmaterialmaybedepositedonacoppersurfaceduringthetest,asinatestwhichincludesparticulatessuspendedintheatmosphere.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
