【摘要】:ThispartofISO9974specifiesdimensions,perform-ancerequirementsandtestproceduresforheavy-duty(Sseries),light-duty(Lseries)andextra-light-duty(LLseries)studendswithISO261threadsandmetal-to-metalsealing.Italsospecifiesthedesignationofthesestudends.Thesestudendsshouldnotbeusedforleak-freehydraulicfluidpowerapplicationsbe-causetheymayleakifre-used.StudendsinaccordancewiththispartofISO9974maybeusedatworkingpressuresupto10MPa(100bar)fortheLLseries,25MPa(250bar)fortheLseriesand40MPa(400bar)fortheSseries.Thepermissibleworkingpressuredependsuponthestudendsize,materials,design,workingconditions,appli-cation,etc.Forthreadedportsandstudendsspecifiedinnewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications,onlyISO6149istobeused.ThreadedportsandstudendsinaccordancewithISO1179,ISO9974andISO11926arenottobeusedfornewdesignsinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications.ConformancetothedimensionalinformationinthispartofISO9974doesnotguaranteeratedperform-ance.EachmanufacturershouldperformtestingaccordingtothespecificationcontainedinthispartofISO9974toassurethatcomponentscomplywiththeperformanceratings.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1MPa=1N/mmup2
